Internet Banking Security

Never do Internet banking from a public terminal (Internet Cafe) - hackers can install key-logging programs that record your keystrokes. Always use your own computer and we strongly advise that you install spyware software. Don’t tell anyone your passwords and don’t store them on the computer - if your computer is stolen you could lose more than just the computer.

When you pay us using your credit card you will receive an SMS (during working hours) advising that we have received a request to debit your credit card and a copy of the details will be e-mailed to you. If you are satisfied that the details are correct we suggest you make a printed copy and delete the message from your computer.

The transaction is processed manually via our own credit card terminal. When the transaction is complete a printed copy is filed and your credit card details are erased from our computer system.

No banking details are stored on our web site.
